Recovering Data from RAID Drives

Recover data from RAID Drives

Redundantly Array of Independent Disks originally known as redundant array of inexpensive disks is a method of saving the similar data at different location (which is why it has redundant in its name) on numerous hard disks. This type of saving pattern is used in order to have files in authenticated way. But, many a times such pattern also proves useless, because of some corruption issue over RAID drive. The files which are inaccessible because of RAID corruption can be recovered back, by simply implementation of tool like RAID Recovery Tool, which doesn’t requires any cumbersome process to be followed.

Main reason for RAID hard drive corruption is because of virus attack. Virus attack generally happens as a result of some notorious malware which get intruded within the drive through different sources like external storage device, internet, etc. This malwares make some alteration in the file system structure, thereby making each of the saved data over the drive unreachable. As this happen each of the files from RAID drive keep existing at the saved location as long as they aren’t overwritten by any other file. So, users of RAID drive have chance to recovering data from raid drives by usage appropriate tool at the right instance of time. The other reason of file loss from RAID hard drive is because of accidental format. This kind of thing happens when user intends to format some other drive but accidentally format RAID HD. Let’s assume one of the real-time examples of such situation. Suppose that you have got to format some of the drive of your system, due to some reason. But, while doing so, you by mistake select the RAID drive and applied format command. As this was carried out each of the files got erased at once. The technical aspect behind formatting any drive is that, only file detail; is cleared from the file system. There are different other instances where you might fail to access the files on RAID drive, to know about such occurrences follow this link: http://www.raidrecoverytool.com/data-from-failed-raid-drive.html

The file loss over RAID drive can be stopped by making use of some remedial measures like:

  • Never format the drive after data loss
  • Use updated anti-virus on system, so that virus doesn’t get intruded in RAID drive

This software helps in recovering data from raid drives of different file formats, some of the popular file formats which are rescued by this tool are JPG, JPEG, DOC, DOCX, ZIP, PPT, PPTX, XLS, AVI, MOV, RAW, 3GP, MKV, MP4, MP3 and various others. The files which are rescued can be checked before awarding them memory space on the hard disk drive. If required the RAID data recovery process can be carried out on the basis of file format. The other added advantage of using this software is that the files can be compressed in single file to save memory space.

Steps to use Data from RAID Drives:

Step 1: Download and install RAID Recovery Tool on computer then launch it's Main Screen to recover RAID drive as shown in Figure A.
